THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN TULSA HAS ISSUED A

* SMALL STREAM FLOOD ADVISORY FOR...
  EAST CENTRAL OSAGE COUNTY IN NORTHEASTERN OKLAHOMA...
  SOUTHWESTERN WASHINGTON COUNTY IN NORTHEASTERN OKLAHOMA...

* UNTIL 300 AM CDT

* AT 1136 PM CDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED HEAVY RAIN DUE TO SLOW MOVING
  THUNDERSTORMS. THIS WILL LIKELY CAUSE SMALL STREAM FLOODING IN THE
  ADVISORY AREA. RADAR ESTIMATES THAT RAIN RATES ARE BETWEEN 1.5 AND
  2 INCHES PER HOUR WITH THE SLOW MOVING STORMS OVER SOUTHERN
  WASHINGTON COUNTY AND FAR EAST CENTRAL OSAGE COUNTY NEAR THE TOWN
  OF OCHELATA.

* SOME LOCATIONS THAT MAY EXPERIENCE FLOODING INCLUDE...

ADDITIONAL HEAVY RAINFALL IS EXPECTED OVER THE AREA. THIS ADDITIONAL RAIN WILL MAKE
