 THERE IS A MARGINAL RISK FOR SEVERE WEATHER ACROSS THE
 COASTAL PLAINS, INCLUDING THE COUNTIES OF KARNES, DEWITT AND
 LAVACA, ON TUESDAY AFTERNOON AND INTO TUESDAY EVENING. PRIMARY
 SEVERE THREATS ARE STRONG WINDS AND A POSSIBLE BRIEF TORNADO.
