MORNING IS LOWERING THE VISIBILITY TO LESS THAN ONE MILE AT
TIMES. MOTORIST SHOULD USE CAUTION AS OBJECTS CAN AND WILL APPEAR
SUDDENLY OUT OF THE FOG. THESE CONDITIONS WILL IMPROVE AFTER
SUNRISE AS HEATING WILL DISSIPATE THE FOG.
