Lows overnight ranged from 5 to 10 below zero across northern
Nebraska to near zero across southwest Nebraska. Clouds moved
into the area and the wind switched to southerly ahead of the
next weather system, helping temperatures rebound quickly. An area
of flurries and light snow developed across the Sandhills this
morning, with a dusting reported in Cherry County.

The chance of light snow continues this afternoon for north
central Nebraska with little to no accumulation expected. Mostly
cloudy conditions are expected elsewhere. Highs will range from
the upper teens along the South Dakota border to the upper 20s in
far southwest Nebraska.
