A COLD FRONT WILL ADVANCE TO JUST NORTHWEST OF THE REGION ON
TUESDAY...PROVIDING THE CHANCE FOR A FEW SHOWERS AND
THUNDERSTORMS TO NORTHERN PORTIONS OF THE MIDSOUTH THROUGH
WEDNESDAY...WHEN THE FRONT WILL RETREAT BACK TO THE NORTHWEST.
HIGHS WILL BE IN THE UPPER 80S TO LOWER 90S THROUGH MIDWEEK WITH
LOWS IN THE LOW TO MID 70S.

A RIDGE OF HIGH PRESSURE WILL BUILD INTO THE REGION LATE IN THE
WEEK...SIGNALING A RETURN TO DRIER CONDITIONS ON THURSDAY AND
PERSISTING THROUGH THE END OF THE WEEKEND. TEMPERATURES WILL WARM
TO BE MORE SEASONABLE FOR EARLY JULY...WITH HIGHS IN THE LOW TO
MID 90S BY SUNDAY.
