VERY LIGHT FREEZING RAIN OR FREEZING SPRINKLES WILL BE POSSIBLE
THROUGHOUT THE MIDDLE TANANA VALLEY...INCLUDING IN THE HILLS NORTH
OF FAIRBANKS...THROUGH 9 AM. NO SIGNIFICANT ICING IS EXPECTED ON
ROADS OR ELEVATED SURFACES AT THIS TIME...HOWEVER ROADS MAY BECOME
VERY SLIPPERY THIS MORNING AS A LIGHT GLAZING OF ICING IS
EXPECTED. MOTORISTS ARE URGED TO SLOW DOWN THIS MORNING...AND
ALLOW EXTRA TIME TO REACH YOUR DESTINATION.
