...Windy with Drifting Snow Over Hills through Friday...

Northeast winds gusting to 20 mph are occuring over hills in the
Interior and causing drifting snow. This is expected to affect
summits on the Elliott...Steese and Dalton Highways.

On the Dalton Highway near Finger Mountain...winds gusting to 45
mph with blowing and drifting snow are expected.

Although temperatures over the hills are in the zero to 10 below
range...the wind chills are to 35 below making the hills seem cold.
