.SYNOPSIS...A RIDGE OF HIGH PRESSURE WILL BUILD INTO THE
SOUTHERN APPALACHIANS OVERNIGHT, THEN MOVE EAST OF THE AREA FOR
FRIDAY. THE RETURN OF SOUTHERLY WINDS AND SUNSHINE FRIDAY WILL ALLOW
TEMPERATURES TO WARM NICELY BY AFTERNOON.  SUMMER-LIKE TEMPERATURES
CAN BE EXPECTED FRIDAY THROUGH THE WEEKEND. INCREASING MOISTURE AND
INSTABILITY WILL SUPPORT SCATTERED SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS BOTH
SATURDAY AND SUNDAY AFTERNOON AND EVENING.  A FRONTAL BOUNDARY WILL
MOVE ACROSS THE AREA LATE SUNDAY NIGHT AND MONDAY PRODUCING
WIDESPREAD SHOWERS AND STORMS.
