The National Weather Service in Omaha has issued a

* Tornado Warning for...
  Southwestern Pawnee County in southeastern Nebraska...
  Southeastern Gage County in southeastern Nebraska...

* Until 1030 PM CDT

* At 956 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
  was located near Blue Springs, or 7 miles southeast of Beatrice,
  moving southeast at 30 mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado and ping pong ball size hail.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed.
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree
           damage is likely.

* This dangerous storm will be near...
  Wymore and Blue Springs around 1000 PM CDT.
  Summerfield around 1030 PM CDT.

Other locations impacted by this tornadic thunderstorm include
Liberty, Barneston and Rockford State Recreation Area.

This includes Highway 77 in Nebraska between mile markers 1 and 10.


TAKE COVER NOW! Move to a basement or an interior room on the lowest
floor of a sturdy building. Avoid windows. If you are outdoors, in a
mobile home, or in a vehicle, move to the closest substantial shelter
and protect yourself from flying debris.

Tornadoes are extremely difficult to see and confirm at night. Do not
