FOR TODAY...RAIN WILL CHANGE OVER TO SNOW OVER WESTERN AND CENTRAL
WISCONSIN...THE WESTERN UPPER PENINSULA...AND NORTHWEST ILLINOIS
THIS MORNING...AND ACROSS THE REST OF THE REGION DURING THE
AFTERNOON. 2 TO 4 INCHES OF ACCUMULATION ARE POSSIBLE BY THE END
OF THE AFTERNOON OVER WESTERN AND CENTRAL WISCONSIN...AND 1 TO 2
INCHES ELSEWHERE. TEMPERATURES WILL SLOWLY FALL INTO THE LOWER
20S OVER NORTHWEST WISCONSIN TO THE LOWER 30S NEAR LAKE MICHIGAN.

FOR TONIGHT...THE SNOW WILL EXIT EASTERN MINNESOTA AND WESTERN
WISCONSIN LATE IN THE NIGHT...BUT CONTINUE THROUGH THE NIGHT
ELSEWHERE. AN ADDITIONAL 2 TO 4 INCHES IS POSSIBLE OVER NORTHEAST
WISCONSIN...AND LESS THAN 2 INCHES ELSEWHERE. IN
ADDITION...GUSTY NORTHWEST WINDS WILL CREATE SOME BLOWING AND
DRIFTING OF THE SNOW. LOW TEMPERATURES WILL RANGE FROM THE UPPER
SINGLE DIGITS OVER NORTHWEST WISCONSIN TO THE MIDDLE 20S NEAR LAKE
MICHIGAN.
