THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR THE COUNTIES SERVED BY THE
NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE OFFICE IN BIRMINGHAM.

.DAY ONE...THROUGH TONIGHT.

NO HAZARDOUS WEATHER IS EXPECTED AT THIS TIME.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...MONDAY THROUGH SATURDAY.

THERE IS A LIMITED RISK OF SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS...INCLUDING WIND
GUSTS UP TO 60 MPH AND A BRIEF TORNADO. THE THREAT AREA IS
GENERALLY WEST OF A LINE FROM JASPER TO DEMOPOLIS. THE MAIN TIMING
FOR THIS THREAT IS FROM 6 PM UNTIL MIDNIGHT MONDAY EVENING.

WINDY CONDITIONS ARE EXPECTED ACROSS ALL OF CENTRAL ALABAMA
MONDAY AFTERNOON AND MONDAY NIGHT...WITH A POTENTIAL FOR SUSTAINED
WINDS OF 20 MPH AND WIND GUSTS OF 35 MPH. THESE WINDS COULD BRING
DOWN TREE BRANCHES OR SMALL TREES THAT HAVE BEEN WEAKENED BY THE
ONGOING DROUGHT.

THERE IS A LIMITED RISK OF SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS...INCLUDING WIND
GUSTS UP TO 60 MPH, QUARTER SIZE HAIL AND A BRIEF TORNADO. THE
THREAT AREA IS GENERALLY SOUTHEAST OF A LINE FROM JASPER TO
CARROLLTON. THE MAIN TIMING WILL BE TUESDAY EVENING INTO
WEDNESDAY.

ACTIVATION OF STORM SPOTTERS AND EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT MAY BE
NEEDED MONDAY NIGHT AND AGAIN TUESDAY NIGHT INTO WEDNESDAY.
