This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for the counties served by the
National Weather Service office in Birmingham.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight.

A line of strong to marginally severe storms will continue to push
through southeast Central Alabama until 1PM this afternoon. The main
threat will be damaging winds south and east of the interstate 85
corridor. A brief tornado cannot be ruled out.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Friday through Wednesday.

There is also a threat of severe thunderstorms across all of central
Alabama late Sunday afternoon and into Sunday night. The threats
include damaging winds, large hail, and tornadoes.


Activation of storm spotters and emergency management may be needed
through early afternoon today across southeast central Alabama, and
again Sunday into Sunday night for the entire area.
