Today, persistent cloud cover with on and off showers helped keep
temperatures cool today. Highs were in the upper 40s to lower 50s
throughout the area today, which is around 20 degrees below
normal. Winds remained light and out of the north between 5 to 15
mph.

Tonight, cloudy skies will generally start to clear from west to
east overnight. Areas of frost will be possible in the northwest
Sandhills and eastern panhandle, as temperatures will fall into
the lower 30s. Elsewhere temperatures will remain in the upper 30s
to mid 40s. Winds will be light at around 5 to 10 mph.
