FOR SOUTHERN DECATUR COUNTY...
At 927 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Greensburg, or
11 miles west of Batesville, moving east at 40 mph.
HAZARD...70 mph wind gusts.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Expect considerable tree damage. Damage is likely to mobile
homes, roofs, and outbuildings.
Locations impacted include...
Greensburg, Millhousen, and Newpoint.
This includes Interstate 74 between mile markers 135 and 144.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
A Tornado Watch remains in effect until 100 AM EDT for central
Indiana.
Remain alert for a possible tornado! Tornadoes can develop quickly
