Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the highest
1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...
A ridge averaging 29.90 inches expands from the north today. A
warm front will cross the lake tonight. Weak low pressure 29.80
inches will move through the Ohio Valley Friday night into
Saturday. High pressure 30.10 inches will build from the northeast
for Saturday night through Sunday. Another warm front will cross
the lake on Monday.
