The National Weather Service in Austin San Antonio has extended the

* Flash Flood Warning for...
  Bexar County in south central Texas...

* Until 300 AM CST

* At 121 AM CST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain across the warned
  area. Up to two inches of rain have already fallen. Flash flooding
  is already occurring.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  San Antonio, Schertz, Universal City, Live Oak, Selma, Stinson
  Municipal Airport, San Antonio Int Ap, Randolph AFB, Leon Valley,
  Kirby, Helotes, Alamo Heights, Fair Oaks Ranch, Windcrest, Terrell
  Hills, Shavano Park, Hollywood Park, Olmos Park, St. Hedwig and

Additional rainfall amounts of one quarter to one half inch are
possible in the warned area, with isolated amounts to one inch
possible. This will prolong or could increase the current flash


Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.
