...THE FLOOD ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 630 AM CDT FOR NORTHERN
FLOYD...NORTHWESTERN MOTLEY...SOUTHWESTERN HALL...NORTHEASTERN
HALE...SOUTHERN SWISHER AND SOUTHERN BRISCOE COUNTIES...

At 521 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated occasional heavy rain due to
thunderstorms. This will cause minor flooding in the advisory area.
Up to two inches of rain have already fallen and another inch is
expected.

Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Tulia, Silverton, Caprock Canyon State Park, Kress, Quitaque, Valley
Schools, Claytonville, Mackenzie Reservoir and Edmonson.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.
