* WHAT...Strong northwest winds.

* WHERE...Southeast Montana.

* WHEN...This afternoon through Monday.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...West to northwest winds will gust between 35
  and 55 mph. Motorists should be prepared for hazardous cross
  winds. Outdoor items could be displaced by the strong winds.
