This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of southern
Illinois, southwest Indiana, western Kentucky, and southeast

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight

No hazardous weather is expected at this time.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Wednesday through Monday

There is a chance of thunderstorms Friday. The best chances are
generally along and east of the Mississippi River. Some storms could
become severe with damaging winds and some hail the primary hazards.
Wind gusts of 30 to 40 mph will also be possible on Friday outside
of thunderstorm activity.

Temperatures will likely fall below freezing between midnight and 7
am CST late Saturday night into Sunday morning. However, winds
should remain elevated and gusty through the night. Persons with
highly temperature sensitive agricultural interests should continue
to monitor the latest temperature forecasts for this weekend.


Spotter activation cannot be ruled out Friday.
