THE OVERNIGHT WILL FEATURE READINGS SEVERAL DEGREES EITHER SIDE OF
ZERO FOLLOWED BY HIGHS ON WEDNESDAY MOSTLY IN THE TEENS. A WEAK LOW
PRESSURE SYSTEM MOVING INTO WESTERN NORTH DAKOTA TOWARD DAWN WILL
BRING THE CHANCE FOR AN INCH OR TWO OF FRESH SNOW TO POINTS WEST OF
THE RED RIVER VALLEY. MINIMAL AMOUNTS IF ANYTHING WILL FALL FROM THE
VALLEY EAST. WIND WON`T BE A PROBLEM THIS TIME AROUND.
