Weather Summary for the MidSouth

A cold front will begin to approach the Mid-South today. Chances
for rain will occur ahead of the front and will continue through
Monday. A few thunderstorms will also be possible tonight. In
addition, southerly winds ahead of the front will allow for warmer
temperatures today. Expect highs ranging from the mid 40s to the
mid 50s.

Not much of a cool down is expected behind the front as highs
will remain in the mid 40s to mid 50s. However, a reinforcing cold
front will move into the Mid-South Tuesday Night into Wednesday.
Arctic air will return to the area behind this front with highs
ranging from lower 30s to lower 40s on Thursday.

Another cold front will impact the Mid-South from Friday into the
weekend. Additional chances for rain will occur as a result.
