A VERY NARROW BAND OF HEAVY SNOW HAS DEVELOPED LATE THIS
AFTERNOON...EXTENDING FROM IOWA CITY...THROUGH MOLINE...TO NEAR
CAMBRIDGE. VISIBILITY WILL DROP DOWN TO A QUARTER MILE IN THE HIGHER
