Areas of dense fog...with visibilities under one quarter
mile...will continue through 3 am. In addition...road frost
may form is a few areas as temperatures drop at or below
freezing, making for slick conditions, and longer than normal
stopping distances. Motorists should use extra caution.

...Areas of fog...dense in spots...

Areas of fog will persist into the overnight hours. Visibilities
will vary greatly over short distances, mostly between 2 miles to
below a half mile in some areas. Motorists should plan for rapidly
changing visibilities. When encountering dense fog...slow down and
keep your headlights on low beam.
