AT 618 PM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A
STRONG THUNDERSTORM OVER TRACK ROCK PRODUCING HEAVY
RAINFALL...MOVING SOUTHEAST AT 10 MPH.  1 TO 1.5 INCHES OF RAIN HAS
ALREADY FALLEN WITH THIS STORM ACROSS NORTHERN UNION COUNTY.

RUNOFF FROM THESE STORMS WILL CAUSE MINOR FLOODING OF SMALL CREEKS
AND STREAMS...URBAN AREAS...HIGHWAYS...STREETS AND UNDERPASSES ACROSS
WHITE...UNION AND TOWNS COUNTIES...INCLUDING AREAS AROUND YOUNG
