Appomattox, Lewisburg, White Sulphur Springs, and Alderson

...Areas of fog this morning...

Patchy dense fog will result in sudden drops in visibility across
parts of southside Virginia near Lynchburg, the southern
Shenandoah and Greenbrier Valleys, and the deeper valleys in of
the Virginia Highlands of from Covington to Warm Springs.
Improvement is likely after daybreak as clouds move into the area
from the south.

Travelers should be prepared for areas of dense fog. Reduce
speed, use low beam headlights, and allow extra distance between
you and the vehicle in front of you. Be prepared for rapid
fluctuations in visibility from valleys to ridge tops and urban to
rural areas.
