FOR TODAY...AREAS OF FOG WILL BURN OFF BY LATE MORNING. OTHERWISE, CLOUDS
WILL BE ON THE INCREASE FROM SOUTHWEST TO NORTHEAST AHEAD OF A
SYSTEM MOVING INTO THE CENTRAL PLAINS. THERE IS A CHANCE OF LIGHT
RAIN ACROSS IOWA...ILLINOIS INTO SOUTHERN WISCONSIN DURING THE
AFTERNOON. IT WILL REMAIN UNSEASONABLY MILD WITH HIGH
TEMPERATURES IN THE UPPER 30S TO MIDDLE 40S.

FOR TONIGHT...THE CHANCE OF PRECIPITATION WILL CONTINUE TO SPREAD
NORTH ACROSS THE REGION. A MINOR GLAZE OF ICE WILL BE POSSIBLE
OVER PARTS OF CENTRAL AND NORTHERN WISCONSIN. SOUTHERN PARTS OF
THE STATE AND NORTHERN ILLINOIS SHOULD SEE MOSTLY RAIN.  LOW
TEMPERATURES WILL RANGE FROM THE UPPER 20S AND LOWER 30S IN THE
NORTH...TO THE MIDDLE 30S IN THE SOUTH.
