STRONG THUNDERSTORM 7 MILES NORTH OF BANKS...OR 9 MILES SOUTH OF
VERNONIA. THIS STORM WAS MOVING SOUTHWEST AT 5 TO 10 MPH.

HALF INCH HAIL...HEAVY RAIN...AND WINDS IN EXCESS OF 30 MPH WILL BE
POSSIBLE WITH THIS STORM.
