Surf along north facing shores will be 6 to 9 feet tonight, lowering
to 3 to 6 feet Saturday.

Surf along west facing shores will be 3 to 6 feet tonight, dropping to
2 to 4 feet Saturday.

Surf along south facing shores will be 2 to 4 feet through Saturday.

Surf along east facing shores will be 6 to 9 feet through tonight,
decreasing to 3 to 6 feet on Saturday.

Outlook through Friday October 27:
Surf will diminish along east facing shores this weekend as trade
winds diminish. A northwest swell arriving Sunday and peaking Monday
will produce surf near the advisory level along north facing shores.
Another northwest swell is expected late Tuesday into Wednesday. In
addition, advisory-level surf along south facing shores is possible
Sunday and Monday. A small long period west swell is possible next

Surf heights are forecast heights of the face, or front, of waves. The
surf forecast is based on the significant wave height, the average
height of the one third largest waves, at the locations of the largest
breakers. Some waves may be more than twice as high as the
significant wave height. Expect to encounter rip currents in or near
any surf zone.
