EFFECT SNOW SHOWERS IN THE NORTH COME TO AN END. LOWS ARE EXPECTED
TO RANGE FROM THE SINGLE DIGITS BELOW ZERO TO AROUND 30 DEGREES
BELOW ZERO IN THE COLDEST SPOTS UP NORTH.

FRIDAY WILL CONTINUE THE TREND OF MOSTLY SUNNY SKIES AND BELOW
NORMAL TEMPERATURES...BUT HIGHS WILL BE A LITTLE WARMER THAN TODAY
WITH MOST MANAGING TO RISE INTO THE TEENS. TEMPERATURES WILL
CONTINUE TO SLOWLY RISE...BUT TEMPERATURES WILL CONTINUE TO STAY
SOLIDLY BELOW NORMAL DESPITE THE WARMING TREND. THE NEXT CHANCE FOR
SNOW WILL ARRIVE SATURDAY NIGHT INTO SUNDAY WITH THE BEST
POTENTIAL IN THE SOUTHERN PART OF THE REGION.
