The National Weather Service in State College PA has confirmed a
tornado near Half a mile southeast of Hallam in York County
Pennsylvania on February 25, 2017.

A small tornado developed associated with a strong bowing line
that was producing straight line wind damage. The tornado produced
a path of greater concentrated damage that was in a convergent
pattern suggesting rotation. Damage was largely to trees through a
heavily wooded area. Trees were uprooted and snapped and at least
one fell into a house doing substantial damage. One house lost a
section of roof including the substructure. There was also damage
to barn roofs.
