Southern Elbert County in northeastern Georgia...
* Until 445 AM EDT.
* At 356 AM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 10 miles southeast
of Danielsville, or near Carlton, moving east at 50 mph.
HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Minor hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind
damage to trees and power lines.
* Locations impacted include...
Nancy Hart State Park, Bobby Brown State Park, Broad River
Campground, Fortsonia, Sweet City, Rice Town, Bobby Brown State
Recreation Area, Lake Strom Thurmond, and Lake Russell.
