The Carter County Emergency Management Director reported heavy rain beginning to cause street flooding in Van Buren. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly with these heavy rains. - Rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are possible over the area. This could be locally higher in spots, and may result in flooding of streets or other flood prone areas. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
