The National Weather Service in Tulsa has issued a

* Small Stream Flood Advisory for...
  Eastern Pushmataha County in southeastern Oklahoma...
  Southern Le Flore County in southeastern Oklahoma...

* Until 1115 PM CST

* At 820 PM CST, Doppler radar data 1 to 3 inches of rain has
  occurred from around Cloudy, Oklahoma to near Heavener. The
  Oklahoma Mesonet station in Cloudy recorded 2.97 inches from late
  this afternoon through mid evening.  With showers and
  thunderstorms still in the area, rapid rises on area creeks will
  occur.  Some minor flooding is likely in low areas.

* Some locations that may experience flooding include...
  Heavener... Howe... Rattan... Heavener Runestone State Park...
  Cloudy... Hodgen... and Honobia.

Additional rainfall of another inch is possible in some areas until
the rain completely moves out of the area.
