UPPER-LEVEL LOW PRESSURE APPROACHING FROM THE NORTHWEST SHOULD
BRING NOTICEABLE COOLING ON WEDNESDAY...ALONG WITH A SIGNIFICANT
INCREASE IN RELATIVE HUMIDITY. HUMIDITIES WILL CONTINUE TO IMPROVE
THROUGH THURSDAY AS THE UPPER LOW MOVES CLOSER. THERE WILL ALSO BE
A SIGNIFICANT INCREASE IN ONSHORE FLOW AHEAD OF THE APPROACHING
LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM. WINDS SPEEDS FOR WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON AND
EVENING COULD BE ABOUT 5 MPH TOO WEAK.
