Daily Hydrologic Activities Discussion

During the past 24 hours ending at 0700 CDT Friday, light rain fell
across the southern half of the basin, primarily in central Kansas
and western Missouri. Total amounts approached 1.50" in some locations,
although most locations received a quarter inch or less. The rest of the
basin remained dry. Locations that had at least one-half an inch of rain
are shown here:

Over the next 24 hours ending at 0700 CDT Saturday, little to no precipitation
is expected across the Missouri Basin. Some light rain could fall in southern
Missouri, but basin amounts should be less than 0.05" on average.

No flooding is occurring in the Missouri River Basin at this time
and none is expected.
