This hazardous weather outlook is for portions of central...south
central...southwest and west central Kansas.

.DAY ONE...Today and tonight.

Unsesonably warm afternoon temperatures will result in low
relative humidity this afternoon. Southwest winds will remain less
than 20 mph, keeping the risk of any wildfire spread limited.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Saturday through Thursday.

Days 2-7 Discussion

A strong storm system will track through SW Kansas on Sunday
through Sunday night. Light snow and blowing snow is expected
across the far northern zones, with accumulations near one inch
from near Scott City to near Wakeeney. Snow amounts elsewhere will
be less than one inch. Strong northwest winds will create areas of
blowing snow Sunday night. A winter weather advisory may be
required along the I-70 corridor Sunday night.
