This hazardous weather outlook is for northwest...north central and
west central Missouri...as well as extreme eastern Kansas.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight

 Northwest winds will be gusting to around 40 to 45 mph through the
morning hours, but will gradually decrease through the afternoon
hours. Relative humidity values will drop to around 30 to 40 percent,
which will bring elevated fire danger.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Wednesday through Monday

 The first widespread freeze of the season is expected later this
weekend, with lows on Saturday and Sunday expected to drop to well
below freezing. Hard freeze conditions, consisting of lows below 28
degrees is possible north of I-70 in far northern Missouri. Wind
chill values on these days could drop into the teens.
