A mixture of sleet...snow...freezing rain...and rain will be
across north central Pennsylvania through 3 PM. Most of the snow
will be north of a Grand Valley...Bradford line. With temperatures
near or just below conditions may be poor in
spots...especially on untreated surfaces. Persons traveling
through early afternoon should be alert for a wide range of
conditions and use caution.

Patchy rain will be across central and south central Pennsylvania
through mid afternoon. Most of the rain will be north of the
turnpike. Most of the precipitation will be in the form of
rain...but isolated pockets of sleet and freezing rain will be
possible across the higher hill tops west and north of interstate
