Cloudy skies and west winds help to keep temperatures from falling
much. Readings at 3 AM ranged from 42 degrees at Manitowish
Waters, to 54 at Shawano, Waupaca, and Wautoma.
The much warmer than normal conditions will persist through
Wednesday, with record or near-record highs possible. Highs will
be in the 50s and 60s inland, but it will be cooler near Lake
