Regional Weather Summary
National Weather Service Wichita KS
455 AM CDT Mon May 29 2017

With mostly clear skies and light wind, temperatures settled into
the 50s in most areas.

Scattered light showers and perhaps a few isolated thunderstorms
may develop over Kansas and Oklahoma this afternoon as a weak cold
front sags south into Northern Oklahoma. Despite increasing clouds
and northwest 10 to 15 mph winds, highs should still reach the mid
80s across Oklahoma and Southern Kansas, but Northern Kansas and
Nebraska should only reach 75 to 80.

With the cold front stalling tonight in an east/west manner across
Northern Oklahoma, scattered light rain and a couple thunderstorms
are possible for primarily Kansas. Except for areas where light
rain may occur the rest of the neighborhood would be mostly clear.
Lows primarily in the 50s are forecast with light wind.
