...SIGNIFICANT WEATHER ADVISORY FOR SOUTHEASTERN LIMESTONE...
NORTHWESTERN MORGAN AND EAST CENTRAL LAWRENCE COUNTIES UNTIL 730 PM
CDT...

At 659 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Moulton, moving east at 30 mph.

Winds in excess of 40 mph...frequent lighning...and very heavy
rainfall will be possible with this storm.

Locations impacted include...
Decatur, Hartselle, Moulton, Priceville, Trinity, Tanner, Hillsboro,
Mooresville, Belle Mina and Chalybeate Springs.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Very heavy rainfall is also occurring with this storm and may lead to
localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.

Frequent cloud to ground lightning is occurring with this storm.
Lightning can strike several miles away from a thunderstorm. Seek a
safe shelter inside a building or vehicle.
