MID LEVEL CLOUDS MOVED INTO THE CENTRAL PLAINS DURING THE MORNING
HOURS, WHILE LOW LEVEL STRATUS CLOUDS DOMINATED THE SKIES FROM MID
AFTERNOON THROUGH THE EVENING. TEMPERATURES TODAY REMAINED
UNSEASONABLY COOL WITH HIGHS IN THE LOW TO MID 50S IN WESTERN
KANSAS, AND HIGHS IN THE UPPER 50S AND LOWER 60S IN THE EASTERN
HALF OF THE STATE.

AN UPPER LEVEL RIDGE WILL CONTINUE TO MOVE INTO THE HIGH PLAINS
TONIGHT AND BY TOMORROW WILL ARRIVE IN THE CENTRAL PLAINS. SURFACE
HIGH PRESSURE WILL CONTINUE TO DEVELOP IN THE HIGH PLAINS THIS
EVENING AND TOMORROW. DRY CONDITIONS WILL REMAIN IN THE CENTRAL
PLAINS THROUGH TONIGHT AND TOMORROW WITH A SIGNIFICANT CHANCE FOR
RAIN THURSDAY NIGHT.

LOWS WILL DROP INTO THE LOW TO MID 40S ACROSS KANSAS TONIGHT.
TOMORROW HIGH TEMPERATURES SHOULD REACH THE LOW TO MID 60S ACROSS
THE CENTRAL PLAINS.
