MOSTLY CLEAR SKIES WERE COMMON ACROSS CENTRAL KANSAS OVERNIGHT WITH
ONLY SOME HIGH CLOUDS NOTED ACROSS THE WESTERN HALF OF THE STATE.
PRE-DAWN LOW TEMPERATURES THIS MORNING RANGED FROM THE UPPER 20S IN
NORTHWESTERN KANSAS TO THE LOWER 30S IN SOUTH CENTRAL KANSAS.

NORTHWESTERLY FLOW OVER THE NORTHERN AND CENTRAL PLAINS WILL PERSIST
TODAY AS AN UPPER LEVEL DISTURBANCE SINKS FARTHER SOUTH OUT OF
CANADA BY LATE SATURDAY NIGHT. THIS UPPER LEVEL SYSTEM WILL ALSO
BRING AN ASSOCIATED COLD FRONT INTO WESTERN KANSAS LATER TONIGHT.
SUNNY SKIES AND WARM TEMPERATURES ARE EXPECTED TODAY WITH MOSTLY
CLEAR SKIES FORECAST FOR TONIGHT. SINCE THE AIRMASS BEHIND THE FRONT
IS NOT VERY COLD, A DRASTIC CHANGE IN TEMPERATURE IS NOT EXPECTED
TONIGHT OR SUNDAY.

HIGHS TODAY WILL RANGE FROM THE UPPER 40S IN NORTHEASTERN COLORADO
TO THE LOWER 60S IN SOUTH CENTRAL KANSAS. LOWS TONIGHT WILL BE IN
THE LOWER TO MID 30S FROM EASTERN COLORADO TO CENTRAL KANSAS.
