Skies were mostly sunny across most of western Kansas today. There
were a few light showers near the Oklahoma border this afternoon,
but most areas remained dry. High temperatures ranged from the
upper 60s in the southwest corner to the mid 70s elsewhere.

Surface high pressure in the Central Plains will move into the
eastern portion of the plains later tonight and Monday, while a weak
surface trough sets up in the lee of the Rockies. Most of the
region will be mostly clear tonight and Monday. There will be a
chance for thunderstorms overnight in central Oklahoma. Warmer
temperatures can be expected on Monday.

Low temperatures tonight will range from the lower and mid 40s in
Nebraska to the mid 60s in central Oklahoma. Highs Monday will be
mainly in the 80s.
