SKIES WERE CLOUDY ACROSS WESTERN KANSAS TODAY.  THERE WAS SOME
CLEARING IN THE NORTHWEST THIS AFTERNOON BEFORE SOME HIGH LEVEL
CLOUDS MOVED INTO THE AREA.  TEMPERATURES WERE NOT AS COLD AS THEY
WERE ON SATURDAY BUT WERE STILL WELL BELOW NORMAL.  HIGHS WERE
MAINLY IN THE 30S EXCEPT FOR A FEW UPPER 20S.

A WEAK UPPER LEVEL RIDGE WILL REMAIN OVER THE CENTRAL HIGH PLAINS
THROUGH MONDAY.  AT THE SURFACE, HIGH PRESSURE IN THE CENTRAL PLAINS
WILL MOVE INTO THE OHIO VALLEY REGION BY LATE MONDAY AFTERNOON AS A
SURFACE LOW STRENGTHENS AND MOVES INTO NORTHERN COLORADO.  LIGHT
SNOW MAY FALL IN EASTERN COLORADO INTO NORTHWESTERN KANSAS TONIGHT,
HOWEVER MOST AREAS WILL REMAIN DRY.  SOME FOG MAY DEVELOP LATER
TONIGHT FROM SOUTHERN KANSAS INTO OKLAHOMA.  THE FOG SHOULD
DISSIPATE BY LATE MONDAY MORNING.  MONDAY WILL NOT BE AS COLD BUT
TEMPERATURES WILL STILL BE BELOW NORMAL.  SKIES WILL BE MOSTLY
CLOUDY.  GUSTY SOUTH WINDS CAN BE EXPECTED DURING THE AFTERNOON IN
THE WESTERN HIGH PLAINS.

LOW TEMPERATURES TONIGHT WILL RANGE FROM THE LOWER TEENS IN NORTH
CENTRAL NEBRASKA TO THE MID 20S IN CENTRAL OKLAHOMA.  HIGHS MONDAY
WILL RANGE FROM MID 30S TO LOWER 40S.
