Skies were clear across much of western Kansas today. A few stray
thunderstorms moved across Wallace and Sherman counties after
sunset. Winds were out of the south at around 20-30 mph for much
of the day before weakening around sunset. Highs climbed into the
upper 80s and lower 90s.

A weak upper level disturbance will move across Kansas tonight and
tomorrow. At the surface, a low pressure will strengthen in
northwestern Nebraska. A few isolated showers and thunderstorms
will be possible across northwestern Kansas tonight. The rest of
the state should remain dry through tomorrow evening, when a
chance for thunderstorms moves in again for the central portions
of the state.

Lows tonight will range from the upper 50s and lower 60s in
eastern Colorado and extreme western Kansas to the mid to upper
60s further east. Highs tomorrow will climb into the low to mid
90s across the Central Plains.
