...FLOOD WARNING NOW IN EFFECT UNTIL 645 AM AST THIS MORNING...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by flood waters from Rio Culebrinas
  continues.

* WHERE...Aguada, Aguadilla, Moca and San Sebastian.

* WHEN...Until 645 AM AST.

* IMPACTS...Low-water crossings are inundated with water and may not
  be passable. Expect many areas of slow moving or standing water.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 426 AM AST, river gauge along Rio Culebrinas at Moca have
    dropped below action stage or below 15 feet, now at 14.46
    feet. However, flood waters are still affecting portions of
    roads PR-2 and PR-115 between Aguada and Aguadilla.
    Furthermore, San Sebastian emergency managers maintain roads
    PR-111, PR-119, PR-125, and PR-446 closed for safety reasons.
    For that reason, the Flood Warning has been extended.
  - This includes the following streams and drainages...
    Rio Grande de Anasco Watershed, Rio Culebra, Rio Canas, Rio
    Guajataca, Rio Culebrinas, Rio Guatemala, Rio Sonador, Rio
    Grande de Anasco, Canal Principal De Diversion, Rio Ingenio
    and Coastal Watershed.
    Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is
    expected.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.

Stay away or be swept away. River banks and culverts can become
unstable and unsafe.
