Isolated to widely scattered showers and thunderstorms developing across central Oklahoma this morning will have the potential to reach eastern Oklahoma, mainly along and west of a line from Pawnee to Hugo. Coverage of this activity is forecast to decrease this afternoon as the mid level disturbance initiating the precipitation weakens. SPOTTER AND EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT ACTION STATEMENT...
