The National Weather Service in Tucson has issued a

* Flash Flood Warning for...
  East central Cochise County in southeastern Arizona...

* Until 800 PM MST

* At 454 PM MST, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated
  thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Up to
  two inches of rain fell earlier in the day northwest of Rucker
  Canyon with more heavy rain now occurring with over an inch in 15
  minutes. Flash flooding is expected to begin shortly.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Rucker Canyon and possibly Kuykendall Cut Off Rd, E. Rucker Canyon
  Rd and along Turkey Creek.

Additional rainfall amounts of an inch or two are possible in the
warned area.


Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Excessive runoff from heavy rainfall will cause flooding of washes
and streams, country roads, farmland, and other low lying spots.
