The National Weather Service in Melbourne has issued a

* Flood Advisory for...
  Western Seminole County in east central Florida...

* Until 530 PM EDT

* At 355 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to a slow
  moving thunderstorm across western Seminole County. Radar rainfall
  estimates indicate two inches have fallen already and an
  additional one to two inches will be possible before this storm
  weakens. This will cause minor flooding in the advisory area.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Sanford, Longwood, Altamonte Springs, Winter Springs, Casselberry
  and Lake Mary.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Excessive runoff from heavy rainfall will cause flooding of small
creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as
well as other drainage areas and low lying spots.
