with the peak expected at 200 PM MDT Wednesday April 19. The river

Low lying areas near the banks of the South Fork of the Ogden River
below Causey Reservoir through the town of Huntsville will
experience minor flooding.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Keep children and pets away from storm drains, culverts, creeks and
streams as they are deceptively deadly given the high flow and cold
water. Water levels can rise rapidly and sweep children away.

Excessive runoff from heavy rainfall will cause flooding of small
creeks and streams, normally dry washes, backcountry roads, farmland,
and other low lying spots.

Flooding is occurring or is imminent. It is important to know where
you are relative to streams, rivers, or creeks which can become
killers in heavy rains. Campers and hikers should avoid streams or
creeks.
