AROUND 10-20 MPH. RAINFALL AMOUNTS SO FAR OVER THE LAST HOUR WERE
IN THE .2 TO .35 INCH RANGE. EXPECT THIS ACTIVITY TO CONTINUE OVER
THE NEXT HOURS. STORMS WILL PRODUCE MODERATE RAIN...SMALL
HAIL...WINDS GUSTS TO 40 MPH...AND CLOUD TO GROUND LIGHTNING.
