INTO PARTS OF THE EDWARDS PLATEAU AND NORTHERN RIO GRANDE PLAINS.
RAINFALL AMOUNTS THROUGH 4 AM WILL BE MAINLY BELOW 1/10 INCH...BUT
AREAS WEST OF A ROCKSPRINGS TO CATARINA LINE COULD SEE LOCALLY
HEAVY DOWNPOURS UP TO 1 INCH BETWEEN 4 AM AND 8 AM.
