THE SPOKANE AREA AND INTO THE UPPER COLUMBIA BASIN. LOCATIONS SUCH
AS THE WEST PLAINS...REARDAN...CRESTON...AND RITZVILLE WILL SEE
VISIBILITIES OF A QUARTER MILE OR LESS AT TIMES THROUGH THE
MORNING. THIS WILL IMPACT PORTIONS OF HIGHWAY 2 FROM FAIRCHILD AIR
FORCE BASE TO ALMIRA...AS WELL AS I90 FROM THE WEST PLAINS TO
RITZVILLE. MOTORISTS SHOULD BE PREPARED FOR SUDDEN CHANGES IN
VISIBILITY AND REDUCE SPEEDS ACCORDINGLY.

WENATCHEE AREA. MOTORISTS CAN EXPECT TO ENCOUNTER SPORADIC
VISIBILITIES OF A QUARTER MILE OR LESS IN LOCATIONS SUCH AS
LEAVENWORTH...WINTHROP...PLAIN...CASHMERE AND ACROSS THE HIGHER
ELEVATIONS IN THE WENATCHEE AREA. THE CLOUDS WILL PERSIST THROUGH
MUCH OF THE DAY WHILE THE FOGGY CONDITIONS WILL SLOWLY IMPROVE
THROUGH THE MORNING.
