PORTIONS OF INTERSTATE 90 THROUGH AND EAST OF SPOKANE...HIGHWAY 2
WEST OF SPOKANE AND HIGHWAY 195 NORTH OF SPOKANE TO THE CANADIAN
BORDER. THE VISIBILITY SHOULD IMPROVE BY 11 AM AS FOG LIFTS AND
DISPERSES.
